Affordable and desirable....Longboat
Key is a pristine, narrow island stretching 10 miles. With
the Bay of Sarasota in our "backyard" and the
Gulf of Mexico just across the street, you'll get the advantage
of both waters, as well as incredible sunrises and sunsets.
The condo is in a building of only 11 other
condos. Ours is located on the second floor and has a total
of 820 sq. ft. The master bedroom has a king size bed with
cable TV. The semi-private sleeping area has a double bed.
The oversized living room offers comfort and plenty of seating.
The kitchen is fully equipped. All linens, beach towels,
iron, ironing board, hair dryer are furnished.
It takes us only 2 mins. to walk from our
condo DIRECTLY across the street to the beach. Located on
probably the most narrow part of the island there is only
one street that you need to cross. The street is long and
straight making your crossing safe and easy. Fine white
sand, repositionable lounge chairs and a private and near-secluded
beach awaits you.
There is a heated outdoor pool and patio.
Gas grills with a deck is available in the backyard.
