The home consists of a formal living
room with queen size pull-out couch,
formal dining room, full size kitchen which opens to a breakfast
nook and a family room. The family room has sliding patio
doors which open to the screened in pool area.
The master bedroom has patio doors to the pool and
an en suite master bath with oversized tub, walk-in shower
and closet. The three additional bedrooms consist of one
double bedroom and two bedrooms with two twin beds in each.
There is also another full size bath with tub/shower combination.
Our villa has a full size washer and dryer in the laundry
room adjacent to the kitchen, which adds to the convenience
of home!
You'll enjoy the high ceilings and a bright,
airy atmosphere. All linens and towels are provided. The
kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, full
size refrigerator, stove, coffee maker and telephone with
local calling. There is a TV, VCR, CD Stereo and Playstation
game system in the family room and an additional TV in the
master bedroom. We've also stocked the home with videos,
games and books for the children.
Lake Berkley Resort lies in a quiet, secluded enclave of
luxurious private homes surrounded by wooded areas and orange
groves. Lake Berkley has a private clubhouse with it's own
swimming pool, whirlpool, gathering facilities,weight room
and restrooms. The clubhouse is open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
each day and has video rentals, soda and snack items, a
pool table and ice hockey table.Enjoy Lake Berkley's own
private lake with fishing, sand volleyball,
playground and walking trail or tennis courts.
Our home is conveniently located within a mile of a 24-hour
Wal-Mart Superstore and an unending variety of restaurants
on Highway 192.
