From the minute you walk through the double front doors of the fully furnished 3BR 2BA home in Port St. Lucie, FL you will know that this is going to be a MARVELOUS vacation.

As you walk through to the dinning room you will look out and see the gleaming, sparkling water in the large, screen covered pool just waiting for you to jump in and cool off.

To your right is the fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need if you REALLY want to cook.. (well, you are on vacation arn"t you?)
Please note the gleaming new granite counter tops.

There are 3 bedrooms each with a different sized bed and all with new carpeting. The master bedroom has a King, Palm Tree bedroom has a Queen, Fish bedroom has 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has its own Colored TV with cable. The master bedroom set has a DVD player in it. The TV set in the very comfortable living room has a DVD/VCR player.

There is also a 2 Car garage and a full sized Washer and a New Dryer.

There is a $500.00 refund-able Security Deposit, a $90.00 non-refundable cleaning fee. The security deposit will be return to you within 15 days of your departure less any invoices for damages incurred during your stay,
Cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival you will receive a refund of your money less a $35.00 cancellation fee, less then 30 days NO REFUND.
Utilities are included in the rental fee.
