Our fantastic 3 bedroom 3 bathroom luxury executive villa
with a large private pool & Spa will help to ensure
you have the holiday of a lifetime. It is set in acres of
a wooded conservation area. We have 4 x Cable TV's, DVD/VCR
player with a good selection of DVDs to choose from, CD
Player with a choice of CDs to listen to. A Playstation
2 with games. Hairdryers and Pool inflatable's are also
included. Free use of a Security Safe and baby equipment:
highchair, crib/cot and stroller.
Our comfortable Florida home has 3 bedrooms (2 Queen ensuite
& 1 twin), 3 bathrooms and a larger than average 30
x 15 private screened heatable swimming pool with a Spa.
The deck area has plenty of comfortable furniture for your
total enjoyment of the Florida sun.The villa is fully air
conditioned throughout and also has ceiling
fans fitted in each room, including the covered lanai by
the pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances
- glass top range style cooker, large fridge freezer with
ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, coffee
maker etc. We also have a washing machine, tumble dryer,
iron and ironing board located in the garage, so there is
no need to take dirty washing home with you!!
A formal dining area is adjacent to the kitchen area with
views out to the pool and the trees beyond.
The villa's 3 large bedrooms all have cable TV. All the
bedrooms have plenty of drawer and hanging space, are fully
air conditioned and all have a ceiling fan for added comfort.
The twin bedroom also has a Playstation 2 with games
The main living area has two large comfortable sofas, one
of which converts into a queen sized Sofa bed if needed.
Also in this room there is a large screen TV with DVD/VCR
player and a selection of films, more can be rented locally.
There is also a CD Player with a variety of CDs to listen
to. A telephone is also provided with all local calls being
free - perfect for ordering pizza after a long day out.
If you are traveling with a baby or small child the villa
is equipped with a cot/crib, high chair and stroller which
can be used free of charge.We also have a selection of books,
games and toys for a variety of ages.
