cared for villa , completed in Summer 2002, is situated
in a small estate, bordered by Orange Groves. Orange Tree
is situated off Highway 27 making it ideally situated for
all the theme parks and local restaurants and shops.
Our home is also in close proximity to Lake Louisa, a local
state park. So whether you are in Orlando for the theme
parks or for a truly relaxing break, our home offers the
ideal location for both. Orange Tree boasts its own kiddies
play park, football (soccer) pitch, tennis court and basketball
court. Our home is built on a large corner lot and backs
onto Orange Trees. Unlike many other rental homes we only
have one adjoining neighbour thereby maintaining privacy.
Our Air Conditioned Accommodation comprises: Great Room,
Kitchen, Breakfast Area, Formal Dining Area, 4 bedrooms,
3 bathrooms. Covered Pool and Spa.The screened pool
and spa are South facing providing all day sunshine, (who
wants to sunbathe in a driveway!!) and are set in beautifully
landscaped garden. For those really hot days our pool area
offers a shaded lanai which houses our outside dining area,
which is fitted with quality matching furniture. We also
have 5 sun beds and a variety of pool toys on offer. We
also provide a portable CD for you to enjoy some background
music. The pool area screen is of fine mesh and helps keep
the pool clean, it will not impair your suntan! The BBQ
is situated just outside the screened area. Just imagine....
In the evening relax in the pool or spa, then enjoy a great
meal or drink under the lanai, especially welcoming after
a long day at the parks. Heaven.........Access to the pool
is gained from either the kitchen or master bath area.
Living / Formal Dining Areas: The natural
décor of the pool area is continued indoors; we have
a beautifully furnished living area, with feature drapes.
The living area has been furnished using modern, natural
fabrics and woods, making it a most welcoming and comfortable
area, to relax with a drink, listen to some music or watch
the TV or a DVD. The formal dining area maintains the modern
natural theme with matching furniture and linens. Tiling
to floor.
Kitchen:
Our home is very well equipped: Fridge with ice maker, full
cooker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, waste
disposal, all utensils and dinnerware, in fact everything
you need to enjoy a cooked meal. We have taken care to co-ordinate
the kitchen and breakfast area with beautiful, bright soft
furnishings, pictures and ornaments. Tiling to floor, means
there is no worrying about spills.
Master Bed: A beautifully furnished, fresh room, in lilac/green
with many nice touches including co-ordinating linens, pictures
etc, TV, clock radio. There is also a safe situated in the
walk in closet. The Master en-suite boasts his and her basins,
large shower, (suitable for wheelchairs) large corner bath
and separate WC, hairdryer. A door leads out to the pool
for easy access to shower, wc.
Full Bed: Another thoughtfully decorated room in blue/cream,
again with many pretty co-ordinating pieces. TV, clock radio.
There is a full bathroom situated next to this room, making
our home ideal for two families sharing. (2nd hairdryer
supplied)
Twin Room 1: A very pretty, sunny room, situated to the
side of the house, with two single beds, white wood furnishings
with a lemon fabric finish to bed linens and window treatment.
TV.
Twin Room 2:located to the front of the
property, 2 single beds tastefully furnished in a denim
blue colour. TV.
Bathroom 3:Situated between these twin rooms there is another
full bathroom making it ideal for the kids sharing.
Garage: The garage houses the washer drier, iron board and
iron. A line and drier is also fitted, everything you need
to ensure your vacation is as easy as possible.
Extras: We have provided a selection of books, games, dvd's
and cd's for your use. We have, at no extra cost, supplied
a baby cot, with full set of bedding and a high chair. For
added security, and in accordance with state law, all the
doors and windows leading to the pool area are alarmed,
a must if you have young children in your party. We also
have a security alarm fitted to the home. During your stay,
should you have any queries we have the services of a (24hr)
management company, who are located only a short drive away.
For the comfort of all our guests the villa is NON Smoking.
We have furnished the villa to a very high standard and
provided many interesting and unique extras, don't spoil
your vacation with 2nd rate accommodation!! We are proud
of our home and garden and have enjoyed making it as homely
and inviting as possible. You will not regret making our
